Advice on using the slow cooker
Most food is suitable for slow cooking, but we recommend that you adhere to the following instructions.
For best results, the slow cooker bowl should be at least half full.
Slow cooking keeps moisture in the food. To reduce the food moisture, remove the lid after cooking and set the high cooking
temperature for 30 – 45 minutes.
The lid is not sealed. However, do not remove it without reason. Each time the lid is removed during the preparation of a dish, you
should add approx. 10 minutes to the cooking time specifi ed in the recipe.
