Use
Intended use
The vacuum cleaner ETBV18-Li is designated with a rated voltage of 18 V. It
is designed only to be used with the battery pack which is listed in the chapter of
"Technical data".
This product is intended for wet and dry vacuuming operations with respective
attachments only. This product can also be used as an occasional blower.
As a vacuum cleaner:
• This product must not be used to vacuum up liquid other than water, especially
flammable or combustible liquids, such as petrol, photocopier powder or volatile
substances; and it is not suitable for operation in areas where these liquids are
present. It is also not intended for vacuuming up acids.
As a blower:
• The product is intended for blowing or removing material of hard to reach places.
• The product must not be used in areas where there is health damaging dust or as a
wet blowing device.
• The product may only be used with the hose correctly installed.
For safety reasons it is essential to read the entire instruction manual before first
operation and to observe all the instructions therein.
