Avoiding malfunctions

Check the cut-out accuracy at regular intervals.
• Do not overload the torque wrench. Severe or permanent
overloading may lead to torque wrench measurement errors.
• Never exceed the maximum limit torque of 130% of the
nominal value. Measured and cut-out values may deviate.
• Do not kink cables or connectors, and never expose these to
excessive tensile forces or temperatures.
• Make sure that all of the socket tools and connectors
which are used are firmly connected and correctly inserted.
• Make sure that the correct extension is set.
Buttons and display

• The four buttons on the torque wrench can be used to
select functions and carry out settings.
• The display lights up for approx. five seconds each time
a button is pressed.
• To switch on the torque wrench, press any button for
approx. one second.
