PRODUCT OPERATION
Preparing for operation
Caution! When unpacking the product, do not tilt, lay or rotate it. When removing the packaging, the product must be in the
working position.
The product must be unpacked and all parts of the packaging completely removed.
It is recommended to keep the packaging, as it can be helpful for further transport and storage of the product.
Check the product for damage. If any damage is detected, do not use the product until the damage has been repaired or the
damaged components replaced with new ones that are free of defects.
Clean the product according to the instructions specifi ed in the "Product Maintenance" section.
Position the product according to the above instructions.
Using the height adjustment on the product stands, level the product precisely.
Make sure that the power cord plug has been unplugged from the socket.
The maximum pressure of the water supply is indicated on the product nameplate and in the technical specifi cations. Excessive
pressure can cause the product to malfunction or become damaged.
The water supply should be connected to the peeler via a valve enabling the isolation of the water supply.
Connect the product water inlet to the hose (II). Select the appropriate length of the hose so that it is not stretched, crumpled or
its cross-section deformed.
Place the separator tray underneath the product on the fl oor.
Connect a hose to the water outlet in the separator tray, whose free end of outlet hose should be inserted into the drain grille
or connected to the sewage system. If connected to the sewage system, a check valve must be fi tted to prevent sewage from
entering the separator tray.
Plug the power cord plug in the electrical outlet.
Make sure that the peeler chamber cover and unloading door are properly closed.
Press the switch marked "START" to start the product. Through the transparent cover, visually check that the abrasive disc rotates
counterclockwise.
Check that the product stops when the cover or unloading door is slightly opened. Stop the peeler by pressing the switch marked
"STOP".
Check that the peeled vegetables are being unloaded correctly. To do this, fi ll the peeler chamber with a small amount of vegeta-
bles. Place a vegetable container under the unloading door outlet. Then open and hold the unloading door (III) with your right hand
and press the switches marked "START" and "OUT" simultaneously with your left hand.
The product will start and the centrifugal force should cause the vegetables to fall out through the unloading door.
The product operation will end when the switches marked "START" and "OUT" are released.
Switching the product on and off (IV)
The control panel has the following buttons:
START - starts the product,
STOP - stops the product,
OUT - starts unloading of peeled vegetables.
The timer knob is used to set the peeler operation time. The maximum time that can be set is 5 minutes.
Product operation
Caution! Filling the product with vegetables may only take place when the water supply is switched off and the product is switched off .
Open the cover and fi ll the peeler chamber with vegetables. The level of vegetables inside the chamber must not be higher than
the top edge of the screen in the peeling chamber. Then, close the cover.
Open the inlet valve and ensure that water enters the peeler.
Set the operating time of the appliance using the timer knob.
Press the switch marked "START". The peeler will start.
During operation, water and impurities fl ow into the separator tray. Care must be taken to ensure that impurities do not block water
fl ow. If necessary, remove impurities on an ongoing basis.
After the set time has elapsed, the peeler will stop.
Close the water inlet valve.
Caution! Should any symptoms of malfunction be noticed, e.g. increased vibrations or noise, stop the peeler immediately by
pressing the switch marked "STOP", disconnect the power cord plug from the socket and close the water inlet valve.
Caution! If the cover or the unloading door are opened accidentally, the peeler will stop automatically. The operation can be
resumed after closing the cover and/or door and pressing the switch marked "START" again.
Peeled vegetables must be removed from the peeler according to the following procedure. Place a vegetable container under the
unloading door outlet. Then open and hold the unloading door (III) with your right hand and press the switches marked "START"
and "OUT" simultaneously with your left hand. The product will start and the centrifugal force should cause the vegetables to fall
