PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The potato peeler is used for fast and effi cient peeling of many potatoes at a time. The peeler can also be used to peel other
tuberous vegetables. The correct, reliable, and safe operation of the appliance depends on its proper use, therefore:
Before the fi rst use of the product, read and keep the entire manual.
The supplier will not be held liable for any damage resulting from failure to observe the safety regulations and recommendations
specifi ed in this manual.

The delivered product is complete but requires a number of preliminary actions before operation described further in the manual.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Caution! Read all of the following instructions. Failure to do so may result in an electric shock, fi re or personal injury.
FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW
The product is designed for professional use and should be operated by qualifi ed personnel.
The product is intended only for peeling potatoes and other tuberous vegetables.
The product is not intended for peeling vegetables whose tubers have the form of shoots.
Do not peel frozen vegetables or products other than vegetables.
Do not use the product in an explosive environment containing fl ammable liquids, gases or vapours.
The product should be set on fl at, even and hard surfaces. Do not place the product near heat or fi re sources. Position the product
so as to ensure proper ventilation around it. Do not cover the ventilation openings in the product housing. Maintain a distance of
10 cm around the peeler. Ensure enough room over the product to enable its free operation. Place the slicer so as to allow easy
access to the electrical outlet to which the power cord plug is inserted. The placement should also provide free access to the
electrical switch.
The product requires connection to the water and sewage system. It is recommended to place the appliance as close as possible
to the water tap and sewage outlet. This will facilitate the correct product connection.
Connect the peeler only to a power network which supplies the voltage and frequency indicated on the nameplate of the appliance.
The plug of the power cord must match the power socket. Do not modify the plug. Do not use any adapters to fi t the plug into the
socket. If unmodifi ed, the plug matches the socket, thus reducing the risk of an electric shock.
After each application, unplug the power cord plug from the socket.
Avoid direct contact with grounded surfaces such as piping, radiators and refrigerators. Grounding of the body increases the risk
of electrocution.
The product is intended for indoor use only. Do not expose the product to any precipitation or moisture. If water and moisture
enters the product, the risk of an electric shock is signifi cantly increased. Do not immerse the product in water or any other liquid.
Do not overload the power cord. Do not use the power cord to carry the product, connect or disconnect the plug from the socket.
Avoid any contact between the power cord and heat sources, oil, sharp edges or moving parts. Damage to the power cord in-
creases the risk of an electric shock. If the power cord is damaged (e.g. it is cut or its insulation is melted), immediately unplug it
from the socket, and return it to an authorised service facility. NEVER use the product if its power cord is damaged. NEVER repair
the power cord. It must be replaced with a new one at an authorised service centre. The product must be connected directly to
a single socket of the power network. It is forbidden to use extension cords, adapters or double outlets. The mains supply circuit
must be fi tted with a protective conductor and a 16 A protective device.
Should any signs of damage to any part of the product be visible, stop using it. In this case, the product must be serviced at an
authorised centre.
The product is NOT intended for continuous use. The maximum operating time must not exceed 5 minutes. After this time, it is
necessary to allow at least 5 minutes for the product to cool down.
The abrasive disc has sharp edges. Special care must be taken when operating and maintaining these components. Due to the
risk of injury, protective gloves should be worn during operation and maintenance of these components.
Use only spare parts and accessories supplied with the product or original accessories and spare parts provided by the manufac-
turer. It is forbidden to modify the parts to adapt the product.
The peeler is not to be used by children. This product cannot be used by people with impaired physical and/or mental abilities or
by people without any experience in or understanding of the operation of the product, unless they are supervised or instructed in
its safe use, so that they understand the relevant operating risks. Children should not play with the product. Children should not
be allowed to clean or maintain the product without the supervision of an adult.
