There are no known contraindications.
Safety regulations
The pumpset is to be used only in a sterilized or cleaned condition, and it must be checked for damage
after cleaning. The sterile One Mum Pumpset must not be used if the packaging is damaged or opened
prior to first use. If expressing is painful, seek professional help. Warning: The pumpset comprises small
parts and must therefore be kept out of the reach of small children. There is danger of suffocation.
4. Supplementary accessories
The two Ardo breast shell inserts D22 and D28 allow you to select your size individually.

5. Instructions for use
The One Mum Pumpset is intended to be used by only one person.
Expressing
• Wash your hands thoroughly.
• Attach the pumpset to the Ardo breastpump.
• Sit down comfortably and relax.
• Centre the nipple so that, when pumping, it moves freely in
the breast shell (breast shell insert).
• Fill breast shell with the breast to create an air seal.
• Switch on the breastpump.
