3.3. Working with the device
1. Place the unit on the floor, on a flat surface.
2. Mark the material to be cut and place it on the base with the finished side
facing up.
NOTE: Place the side with the grooves/indentations against the stopper.
The side with the "tongue" should be closer to the blade.
3. If necessary, move the stopper [applies to the model MSW-LFC8]. To do
this, unscrew the stopper fastening screws. Place the stopper in the
desired position (3 possibilities). Tighten the screws.
4. Use the support to hold the material to be cut. Place the support on the
floor by placing the material to be cut on it.
5. While holding the material firmly with one hand, make an incision of
approximately 1 cm with the other hand.
6. Using both hands, make the cut in a smooth, firm, downward motion.
7. NOTE: The cut edge should always be placed along the wall that will be
covered with a trimming board.
3.4. Cleaning and maintenance
a) Use only non-corrosive cleaning agents for cleaning the surfaces.
b) Store the unit in a dry and cool place protected from moisture and direct
sunlight.
c)
Regular inspections of the device should be performed in terms of its technical
efficiency and any damage.
d) Use a soft cloth or a broom for cleaning.
e) Do not use sharp and/or metal objects (e.g. wire brush or metal spatula) for
cleaning as they may damage the surface of the appliance material.
f)
Do not clean the unit with acidic substances, medical products, diluent, fuel, oil
or other chemicals as this may cause damage to the unit.

Regularly check that all screws are properly tightened.
b)
The unit uses a blunt blade designed for floor panels. The blade does not chip
the material. If necessary, align the edges of the blade with a sharpening stone.
