    Stromversorgung des Geräts mit den Angaben auf dem Typenschild übereinstimmt! 3.3. Arbeit mit dem Gerät EINSETZEN DER KLINGE IN DEN MODELLEN MSW-STC-150, MSW-STC-200, MSW-STC-250: a) Die Klinge darf nur eingesetzt werden, wenn das Gerät von der Stromversorgung getrennt und nicht aufgeheizt ist.
  • Página 13 Je ein Ende der Klinge in jede Halterungssöffnung einsetzen und danach die Muttern festziehen, so dass die Klinge mit der Befestigung vollen Kontakt hat. d) Bei dem unsachgemäßen Einsetzen der Klinge wird diese nicht aufgeheizt. EINSETZEN DER KLINDE IM MODELL MSW-STC-150B: a) Die Klinge darf nur eingesetzt werden, wenn das Gerät von der Stromversorgung getrennt und nicht aufgeheizt ist.
  • Página 14 Der Benutzer kann die Schnittform und -tiefe entsprechend einstellen, indem die Klinge entsprechend in dem Führungsschlitten eingesetzt wird. Die Klingenenden müssen in die ausgewählten Öffnungen eingesetzt werden. Die Öffnung muss entsprechend zur gewünschten Schnittform ausgewählt werden. Je weiter auseinander die Klingenenden eingesetzt werden, desto U-förmiger wird die Schnittform.
  • Página 15 g) Je ein Schlittenende in jede Schlittenöffnung einsetzen und danach die Muttern festziehen, so dass die Schlittenenden mit der Befestigung vollen Kontakt haben. h) Bei dem unsachgemäßen Einsetzen der Klinge wird diese nicht aufgeheizt. EINSETZEN DER KLINDE IM MODELL MSW-STC-150BB: a) Die Klinge darf nur eingesetzt werden, wenn das Gerät von der Stromversorgung getrennt und nicht aufgeheizt ist.

Die Klingenenden müssen in die Öffnungen auf beiden Seiten der Führungsschiene eingesetzt werden. e) Die Klingenenden müssen auf die entsprechend tief zur gewünschten Schnitttiefe in die Öffnungen eingeschoben werden.
  • Página 17 Je ein Ende des Profilschneiders in jede Befestigungsöffnung einsetzen und danach die Muttern festziehen, so dass die Enden des Profilschneiders mit der Befestigung vollen Kontakt haben. ACHTUNG: Wenn Sie Probleme beim Einschieben der Profilenden in das Gerät haben, lösen Sie zunächst die 4 Schrauben unten am Führungsschlitten (siehe Bild unten).
  • Página 18 Schieben Sie dann die Profilenden in die Öffnungen am Styroporschneider und befestigen Sie sie. Ziehen Sie anschließend die 4 losen Schrauben wieder fest. Bei dem unsachgemäßen Einsetzen der Klinge wird diese nicht aufgeheizt. k) Optional können Begrenzer eingesetzt werden. Diese dienen zum Zuschnitt der Styroporkanten.

Den Ein-/Ausschalter umschalten und das Gerät einige Sekunden vor dem Zuschnitt aufheizen lassen (es wird empfohlen, auf den Reststücken den Zuschnitt im Vorfeld auszuprobieren). d) Bei Zuschnitt muss darauf geachtet werden, die Temperatur und Geschwindigkeit des Zuschneidens konstant zu halten.

    3.4. Reinigung und Wartung Der Netzstecker muss gezogen werden, bevor Reinigungs-, Einstellungs- oder Auswechselarbeiten des Zubehörs ausgeführt werden oder falls das Gerät nicht benutzt wird. Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker vor jeder Reinigung und wenn das Gerät nicht benutzt wird. Verwenden Sie zur Reinigung der Oberfläche nur nicht-korrosive Mittel. Nach jeder Reinigung sind alle Komponenten gut zu trocknen, bevor das Gerät wieder verwendet wird.

ATTENTION: If you have problems inserting the profile ends into the unit, first loosen the 4 screws at the bottom of the guide carriage (see picture below).

UWAGA: w przypadku problemów ze wsunięciem nóg wykrojnika w mocowania urządzenia należy wcześniej poluzować 4 śruby w podstawie wykrojnika (patrz obrazek poniżej).

Niewłaściwy montaż spowoduje, że ostrze nie zostanie podgrzane. k) Opcjonalnie można zamontować ograniczniki. Służą one do cięcia krawędzi styropianu.

Włączyć przełącznik pracy i rozgrzewać narzędzie kilka sekund przed rozpoczęciem cięcia (zaleca się przetestowanie cięcia na odpadach). d) Zachować spójność temperatury i prędkości. Zbyt duża ilość mgły/pary może być spowodowana niską prędkością lub nadmierną temperaturą. Spowoduje to nieregularne/nierówne ścieżki cięcia.
