If you are having a problem with this device, review the items below before contacting your retailer's
customer service department.
Symptoms
The player does not switch on.
No sound
Impossible to download files.
The file does not play or does
not appear on the player.
The conversion software does
not work.
The conversion software is not
available on my player.
The player does not detect the
downloaded files.
The computer displays an error
when I connect and disconnect

If the player has not been used for a long time, the battery may be
discharged. Please recharge the player before use.
Check if the volume is set to minimum.
