• Forming all synthetics with a low temperature
(400 degrees) among which polyethylene and
PVC;
• Forming all synthetics with a high temperature
(600 degrees) among which acryl and plexiglass;
• Smelting synthetics, among which matters and

before you connect the apparatus;
WWW.VONROC.COM
• Keep the main lead always away from the hot
air stream and the mouth piece;
• Put the mains switch in position 'I, II or III' to let
your hot air gun operate:
"I"
= 50 degrees, air flow 500 l/min.
"II"
= 400 degrees, air flow 250 l/min.
"0"
= Off
"III"
= 600 degrees, air flow 500 l/min.
When the temperature is excess 600° C, the heats
switches it off automatically, however, the heater
continues to run. When the heater has cooled to
operating temperature, the heater is switched on
again.
Switching off:
Slide the switch to 0.
Tip: If you want to get the best result, test all appli-
ances on a little part of the workpiece.
Flat rear side (Fig. C)
Inbetween usage, the machine can easily be placed
on its flat rear side (7). This prevents any hot area
from the machine getting into contact with other
surfaces
The flat rear side (7) also allows the machine to be
used in upright stationary mode.
After usage, always place the machine on its flat
rear side (7). This allows the machine to cool down
safely.
Use of accessoires (Fig. B)
Fishtail nozzle (4)
Distributes air equally over flat wide area.
Reduction nozzle (5)
Distributes air equally over small areas
Glass protection nozzle (6)
Deflects air away from glass for example when
stripping paint in window frames or softening putty.
4. MAINTENANCE
Always disconnect the apparatus before
carrying out inspection or cleaning. Never
use water or other liquids to clean the
electrical parts of the hot air gun.
