Warranty
1) The product must have been purchased through one of our authorized stores or distributors.
2) In order to process any warranty claim, it will be necessary for the nal consumer or distributor to present to the Corpora-
te Service Center (CSC) and / or Authorized Service Center (CSA), the product with the defect and the copy of the original
purchase invoice. These documents will be necessary for the Service Center to initiate the warranty claim procedures.
3) The product cannot have evidence of having been uncovered, intervened or manipulated by unauthorized personnel.
4) The product must have been installed by authorized personnel. In case of damage due to bad installation, the guarantee
will not apply.
5) The client must request their respective preventive maintenance which will be provided exclusively by authorized
personnel.
If the equipment su ers damage due to lack of maintenance, the guarantee will not be granted and the customer must
cancel the value of the repair or replacement (s) required (s).

If the gearmotor of the equipment purchased by the
customer shows any damage due to manufacturing
defects or misadjustment, it will replace the required
parts or, failing that, the gearmotor at no cost.

2-year guarantee covers electrical cards and parts, H.
UJUETA S.A is committed to replacing or repairing any
part that shows failures due to damage due to factory
defects.
Batteries
They are considered wear parts for which they have a
6-month warranty, taking into account that the failure
of the accessory is related to a factory defect.
