INSTRUCTIONS
Before any operation of the machine, the operator must observe all instructons contained within this manual.
The use of this machine with any of the safety devices removed or modified, can cause serious injury and violates
Social Directive 89/655
EWG. EQUIPAMIENTOS CARNICOS S.L does not accept responsability for the
operation of the machine under those circumstances.
INSTALLATION
The machine comes packed in vertical position, with apprpiate containers of oil, a
box of accessories and the lid seal. Maintain a vertical position at all times
including when unpacking.

Position the machine on a firm, stable and level surface. If the machine is not
standing level, adjust by screwing or unscrewing plastic feet (A). ( Observe the

working position as illustrated in figures 1 and 2).
Check that voltage and frequency are the same as shown on the machine name-

plate, as well as wether it is single or three-phase, with or without neutral.
The installer must ensure the plug is adequately fitted to the mains supply to cope

with the conditions existing in the work area.
Swing the lid open and verify that there is nothing inside the cylinder. Then switch
the machine on and push the knee pad (B) forward towards the main casing (C).
After a few seconds, the piston (D) should start to rise. However, on a three
phase machine, if you hear the motor is running, but the piston is not moving,
reverse a phase in the plug and check again.
From this point on, the machine is ready to be used previous cleaning.
CONDITIONS FOR USE
The mincer is designed to extrude minced meat or fine pastes produced by a
bowl cutter.

The temperature of products being filled should not go below 2ºC.
For any other application, one should consult the manufacturer prior to using the filler. Likewise, the machine can
only be operated as described in this manual.
The maximum work pressure must not pass 120 bar.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Prior to commencing the filling process, ensure thar the funnel (G), cylinder (E), lid (F) and seal (H) are well
cleaned.
