PREPARATION OF THE BASKET
Place the food to be fried in the bottom of the basket 4, ensuring that these
do not occupy more than 2/3 of its total capacity.
For best results, introduce dry ingredients into the basket. This is especially
important with potatoes, always dry them before frying.
Cut the food into pieces of the same size, in this way they will fry evenly.
Avoid pieces that are too thick.
Remove existing pieces of ice in frozen foods before introducing them into
the fryer.
Note:
Not all frozen foods are ready for use. Check the instructions of the
manufacturer of the frozen product.
FRYING OF FOOD
When setting the temperature selector 2, the oil temperature indicator 3 will
remain illuminated until the oil reaches the selected temperature.
Slowly insert the basket 4 (with the food to be fried) in the oil, in this way oil
splashes will be avoided.
To avoid splashing oil and reduce odors considerably, place the lid on the
fryer.
Note:
During the frying process, it is normal for the oil temperature indicator 3 to
turn on and off, this means that the oil has reached the selected temperature
and that the thermostat is controlling the temperature of the oil.
Attention:
Be careful with the metal surfaces of the fryer during use as they will be hot.
Hold the lid only by the handle.
EXTRACT FOOD FROM THE FRYER
When the frying time has elapsed, lift the basket 4. This has an anchor to be
able to support it on the edge of the container 6. Place it and let drain the
food.
So that the fried foods are very crispy, remove the basket from the tub as
soon as the frying is finished.
If you have to add some seasoning (salt, pepper, etc.), do it away from the
fryer to avoid them falling into the oil.
