SWITCHING OFF THE FRYER
When finished frying the food, I turned the temperature selector 2 to the
OFF position.
Unplug the fryer from the mains socket.
Replace the lid and allow the oil to cool (approximately 2 to 3 hours), before
storing or cleaning it.
Attention:
While the oil remains hot, do not move the fryer, do not neglect its monitoring
and keep it out of reach of children.

When cold battered foods, remove the basket to prevent food from sticking. In
this case be very careful when handling food and use tongs.
Thicker foods may need to be turned over to ensure they are uniformly fried on
both sides.
Introduce the food gradually into the hot oil, submerging them little by little, this
will prevent them from sinking abruptly and splashing.
