SAFETY INFORMATION
In the interest of your safety and to ensure correct use, before installing and first using the
appliance, please read this user's manual, including the tips and warnings. To avoid
unnecessary errors and accidents, it is important to ensure that all persons using the appliance
are fully acquainted with its operating and safety features. Keep these instructions and do not
forget to keep them with the appliance in case of its displacement or sale so that those who use
it throughout its life will be properly informed about the use of the appliance and safety.
For the safety of life and property keep this instruction manual because the manufacturer is not
responsible for damages caused by omission.
Children and people vulnerable for their safety
• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge, if they
have been given supervision of instruction on the use of the appliance by a person responsible
for their safety.
• Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
• During cleaning and maintenance, the user should not allow children to be near the appliance
unless they are between the ages of 8 years and above and supervised.
• Keep packaging materials away from children. There is a risk of suffocation.
• If you are going to dispose of the appliance, pull the plug out of the socket, cut the power cord
(as close to the appliance as possible) and remove the door to prevent children from playing or
suffering an electric shock or closing themselves in it.
• This appliance has a magnetic door seal to replace an older appliance with a spring latch on
the door or lid, be sure to make the spring latch unusable before disposing of the old appliance.
This will prevent it from becoming a death trap for a child.
General Security
Warning! keep ventilation openings in the appliance enclosure or built structure unobstructed.
Warning! do not use mechanical devices or other means to accelerate the defrosting process,
other than those recommended by the manufacturer.
Warning! not to damage the refrigerant circuit.
