The universal tool stand is also designed as a work-
piece support when working with mitre saws, scroll
saws, circular table saws, and other similar electric
power tools. The maximum workpiece length is
3m. Additional workpiece supports may have to be
used (e.g. a roller trestle) in order to prevent longer
workpieces tilting. Attention: Ensure that the work-
piece support is secure and not tilted!

Unfolding The Stand (fig. A)
1. Lay the mitre saw stand on the floor with the
folded legs (12) facing upwards.
2. Depress the spring-loaded pin (11) and unfold
the two upper legs (12) until the spring-loaded
pin (11) clicks into the pin slot (10).
3. Repeat the same procedure for the other two
legs.
4. Lift the stand and flip it into the upright position.
5. Check that the stand is stable and all of the leg
locking pins have engaged properly.
Folding The Stand
One pair of legs on the stand must fold firstly for the
stand to fold flat. The legs have not folded into place
if the spring-loaded pins (11) do not pop into place.
The legs should not swing about when the stand is
picked up if the legs have locked into position.
1. Turn the mitre saw stand upside down on the
floor with the legs (12) sticking up.
2. Depress the spring-loaded pin (11) on the lower
pair of legs and fold them in.
3. Repeat the same procedure on the other pair of
legs.
Attaching The Extension Arms (Fig. B)
1. Slide the extension arm (4) into the frame (9)
until the desired length is reached.
2. Now insert a extension arm knob (6) into the
corresponding hole on the frame turn it clock-
wise to secure the extension arm (4) in place,
as shown on figure B.
3. Insert a workpiece support (2) into the collar
on the extension arm (4). The side with the end
stop (5) should be facing inwards towards the
centre of the stand.
4. Insert a workpiece support knob (3) into the ex-
tension arm (4) and turn it clockwise to tighten
the workpiece support (2) into place.
5. Repeat the same procedure with the opposite
extension arm.
Attaching the mitre saw mounting bars (Fig. C)
Only use a mitre saw that has four fixing
holes (one in each corner of the base) on
this stand. If the mitre saw does not meet
this requirement, do not use it with this
stand as the mitre saw cannot be properly
secured. Failure to follow this direction may
result in damage to property and/or
personal injury.
