a) Remove the cotter pins and nuts securing side shafts (12).
b) Place the side plates of the crane (9) evenly according to the width of the rail (a) on which the
machine is to be installed (A).
c) Fill the free spaces on the shafts (12) with spacers to ensure adequate stabilization.
d) Fit and tighten the nuts securing the shafts (12). Secure with a cotter pin at the end.
e) After installation, make sure that the feed wheels (11) fit properly to the rail, roll freely and that the
side plates (9) are spaced in a parallel manner.
NOTE: After installing the unit, verify its proper operation by suspending a light load and rolling the unit
several times along the rail before using it for the first time on actual load.
BLOCK ASSEMBLY
The use of the block allows you to lift load twice as big. In order to assemble the block to the cable:
a) Unscrew and remove the block fasteners (B).
b) Guide the carrying cable with the hook (B) through the belt pulley.
c) Attach all block parts (B).
d) Check the correctness of assembly, tighten any loose parts.
e) Attach the hook (4) of the carrying cable to the dedicated holder located at the bottom of the winch
(C).
