Lower Limit: Default value 40 for the lower limit is displayed. Enter the first digit with B and confirm with C. Repeat
the procedure for the next digit.
10. Setting the Clock
The clock-setting mode is activated as soon as the limit values for the exercise zone have been set.
Start off by choosing either 12h or 24h mode for the clock display. Make your choice with button B and confirm it
with C. Now you can set the clock. The digits for the hours are flashing. Use button B to select the correct value and
confirm the setting with button C. The digits for the minutes start to flash. Enter the minutes with B and confirm with
C.
The computer is now ready for use. Press button A to alternate between the PULSE mode and the CLOCK mode.
11. Current Heart Rate
Press button A to return to the PULSE mode display. The current heart rate is displayed on the upper line of the
LCD. The "heart"-symbol in the upper left-hand corner will start to flash if a signal is received from the transmission
belt. The symbol will freeze and "0" displayed if no signal is received.
12. Relation between Current Heart Rate and Max. Heart Rate
e.g. if you are 20, then your MHR is 220 – 20 = 200.
If your current heart rate is 150, then 75 will be displayed to the left of your current heart rate (150 is 75% of 200).
13. Hazard Alarm
This alarm will sound when your current heart reaches 99% of your MHR.
14. Auto Timer
The timer is activated automatically whenever the pulse signal is received. It keeps track of the total exercise time as
long as you are wearing the belt and switch to pulse mode.
15. Three Audible Alarm Sounds
Select the PULSE mode with button A. Select alarm ON or OFF with B (the
ON).
The device emits: - 1 beep per second when the current heart rate descends below the LOWER limit.
- 2 beeps per second when the current heart rate exceeds the UPPER limit.
- 4 beeps per second when the current heart rate is at least 99% of your MHR.
16. Alarm Activation
Use button C to select the target zone for the alarm:

if you wish the alarm to be activated when your heart rate exceeds the upper or drops below the lower
limit.

if you wish the alarm to be activated only when your heart rate exceeds the upper limit.
