Possible Cause
Drain cap and silicone seal are not secure.
All the water in the tank has been used.
The unit is unplugged.
"Kettle" Feature was not activated.
The circuit breaker in your home is
tripped or the fuse has blown.
Temperature limit tripped.
Thermostat needs to be adjusted colder.
Empty water bottle.
Mineral deposits clogging tanks.
Possible air pocket.
Possible ice build up due to thermostat set too
cold.
Bottle making a gurgling noise as it fills the tank.
Water dispenser is uneven.
Suggested Solution
Ensure seal is secure in drain plug and
tighten drain cap.
Replace with full bottle and wait; 60 minutes for
water to cool, 3 minutes for water to heat (after
activating "Kettle" feature button).
Plug it into the outlet.
Activate "Kettle" Feature by pressing the button.
Reset the breaker or replace the fuse.
Allow the temperature of the hot water tank to cool
for approximately 15-30 minutes. The temperature
limit thermostat will re-set automatically once
sufficiently cooled, and the cooling system will
reactivate automatically. To operate the hot water
system, press the Insta-Hot button.
Adjust thermostat between high (cool) and low
(colder) levels to achieve desired temperature.
Replace with full bottle.
See Cleaning the Reservoirs.
Push down on the dispenser buttons to prime
the unit.
Unplug overnight, then reset. Set thermostat to
high, slowly increasing based on your use and
need for cold water.
This is normal.
Make sure the dispenser is on an even
surface that can support its full weight.
