Defrosting
UR-models defrosts automatically when the compressor stops.
UF-models must be defrosted manually. We recommend defrosting the freezer every three month or
if the layer of ice exceeds 5 mm.
UF/V Models defrosts automatically with pre-set intervals. If the door to the cabinet is opened or
the contents of the cabinet is changed frequently it may become necessary to defrost the cabinet
manually.
Pressing this key continuously for more than 3 seconds will start a manual defrosting and
then return to normal operation.
Do never use metal or other sharp objects to scrape the internal sides as it can damage the freezer
1. Disconnect the freezer
2. Empty the freezer
3. Leave the freezer with the door open
4. Place a tray in the bottom of the cabinet to collect defrosted water.
5. Clean the freezer with mild detergent and wipe thoroughly
6. Connect the freezer and it is ready for use.
Lock
The freezer is supplied with a lock in the control panel.
