7. Technical Characteristics

8. Warranty

Resfri Ar warranty service undertakes to repair or replace components
recognized as defective by our technical department, provided they are
within the warranty period.
Resfri Ar roof air cooler is warranted against eventual defects in
material or manufacturing for twelve months, excepting the water pump
that is warranted for six months, counted from the date of purchase
document or invoice.
In case your product presents any defect within the warranty period,
please send an email to sat@resfriar.com.br.
The equipment will only be replaced for a new one provided a
8 A/h
manufacturing defect is found within thirty days after the purchase
document or invoice issue. After this period, the company undertakes to
replace only the defective component(s).
