CAUTION: Overload
• Do not use multi-outlet power strips, since this appli-
ance is too powerful.
• Do not connect any other powerful devices to the same
electric circuit.
Safety Switch
Your fan heater features a safety switch that disconnects
the power supply in case the appliance falls over. The safety
switch prevents hazards caused by overheating.
WARNING:
Place the appliance on a smooth, horizontal surface. Avoid
carpets in order to prevent failure of the safety switch.
NOTE:
The appliance turns on automatically once back in an
upright position.
Operation
Setting the Temperature
The thermostat constantly switches the fan heater on and
off, thereby keeping the temperature at the desired level.
Set the desired temperature as followed:
1. Set the temperature control to its highest setting.
2. Once the desired temperature has been reached, slowly
turn the temperature control back, until the fan heater
switches off audibly. The indicator lamp turns off.
NOTE:
The audible position of the temperature control de-
pends on the ambient temperature.
3. The fan heater will then keep the desired temperature
level.
CAUTION:
When not using the appliance, disconnect the mains plug.
