ASSEMBLY
Unpacking
This product requires assembly.
Carefully remove the product and any accessories from
the box. Make sure that all items listed in the Packing
List are included.
NOTE: This tool is heavy. To avoid back injury, lift with
your legs, not your back, and get help when needed.
WARNING
Do not use this product if any parts in the Packing List
are already assembled to your product when you unpack
it. Parts on this list are not assembled to the product by
the manufacturer and require customer installation. Use
of a product that may have been improperly assembled
could result in serious personal injury.
Inspect the tool carefully to make sure no breakage or
damage occurred during shipping.
Do not discard the packing material until you have care-
fully inspected and satisfactorily operated the tool.

WARNING
If any parts are damaged or missing do not operate this
tool until the parts are replaced. Use of this product
with damaged or missing parts could result in serious

ries not recommended for use with this tool. Any such
alteration or modification is misuse and could result in
a hazardous condition leading to possible serious per-
sonal injury.

To prevent accidental starting that could cause serious
personal injury, always disconnect the engine spark plug
wire from the spark plug when assembling parts.
Installing the Wheels
See Figure 2.
Locate the axles, hitch pins, washers, and wheels.
Slide the axle through the hole in the center of the wheel.
Slide the washer onto the axle.
Lift the machine and slide the axle into the wheel mount-
ing hole in the machine base as shown.
Push the hitch pin into the hole on the end of the axle to
secure the wheel assembly.
NOTE: The hitch pin should be pushed into the axle until
the center of the pin rests on top of the axle.
Repeat with the second wheel.
Installing the Handle
See Figure 3.
The handle is shipped in the storage position. Before using,
move the handle to the operating position.
Push and hold the buttons on the frame, then slide the
handle over the lock buttons and remove the handle from
the frame.
Be careful to avoid pinching your fingers or hands when
installing the handle onto the frame.
Turn the handle so that the handle is facing away from
the pressure washer. Push and hold the buttons on the
frame as you slide the handle over the lock buttons on
the frame.
Installing the Storage Panel
See Figure 4.
Align the holes in the storage panel with the holes in the
handle, as shown.
Thread the screws into the holes. Tighten securely using
a Phillips screwdriver (not provided).
Connecting the Spray Wand to the Trigger
Handle
See Figure 5.
Place the threaded end of the spray wand in the connec-
tor on the end of the trigger handle.
Turn the connector as shown until it stops. This secures
the spray wand in place.
NOTE: The trigger handle is equipped with an auxiliary
handle. The auxiliary handle helps prevent loss of control.
For ease of operation, use the handle with either the left or
right hand. The handle can be rotated 360°.
