When attaching parts or while changing accessories

Usage
Only attach appliance parts when the plug has been disconnected from the outlet.
Only use undamaged nozzles. Damaged nozzles can scratch surfaces.

When vacuuming
Especially when vacuuming stairs, make sure that you are always above the appliance. Other-
wise the appliance may fall down and cause injuries.
Only use the appliance with a dust bag and the filters inserted. If there is no dust bag inserted,
the appliance cover will not close.
Follow the cleaning and maintenance instructions of the floor covering, carpet or furniture man-
ufacturer!
When pulling in the power cable, hold the plug in your hand and slide it in the direction in which
the cable is winding. Otherwise the power cable can whip around, injure persons nearby, be-
come a stumbling hazard or take objects along with it.

Changing the dust bag
Before changing the dust bag, switch off the appliance and disconnect the plug from the outlet.
Change the dust bag when the dust bag change indicator appears in the inspection glass, the
vacuuming performance declines notably, before long storage or before shipping.
The dust bag and its contents can be disposed of in normal household garbage unless it con-
tains dirt that is forbidden in the household garbage.
