▶ Inserting and Releasing Battery

Slide charged battery pack 10 into the
housing until the battery pack locks into
position (Fig. 2).
Your tool is equipped with a secondary
locking latch to prevent the battery pack
from completely falling out of the handle,
should it become loose due to vibration.
To remove the battery pack, press the
battery pack release button 11 and slide
the battery pack 10 completely out of tool
housing (Fig. 3).
▶ Inserting the tube
The caulk gun is designed for use with
standard 29 fl oz tubes.
Proceed as follows:
–
Depress the plunger rod release button
7 and pull the plunger rod handle 5
backwards (Fig. 1).
–
Insert the tube and secure it in the cage

Depress the plunger rod release button
7 and carefully push the unlocked
plunger rod handle 5 forward until the
metal plunger 2 touches the tube.
–
Cut the dispensing nozzle to size, so that
it ideally meets your requirements.
Assembly
Disconnect battery pack
from tool before making
