Applying the Arm Cuff
1. Make sure the air plug is securely inserted in the main
device. Remove tight-fitting clothing from your left
upper arm.
2. Hold the grip on the cuff and wrap the cuff securely around the left
upper arm. Should be able to fit 2 fingers between the arm and cuff to
keep some free space for inflating.
3. Keep the air tube lines at the inner side of arm
extending downward to your hand. Make sure the
cuff lies about 1-2cm above the elbow. Ensure the
air tube not twisted.
4. Sit still and straight on a chair with your feet flat on the floor. Stretch your
arm forward and make sure your palm is upturned on the desk. Keep the
center of cuff and heart at the same level.
Note: Cuffs that don't fit properly will result in false measurement values.
Measure your arm circumference if you are not sure of proper fit.

Taking A Measurement
The device is designed to detect the pulse and to inflate the cuff to a
pressure level automatically.
It is normal for the cuff to feel very tight during measurement. (Do not be
alarmed).
Do not move your arm and remain still until the entire measurement
process is completed.
If you wish to stop inflation during the measurement, press the
START/ STOP button.
1. Sit still for 5 minutes before the Measurement.
2. Press the [START/ STOP] button. All symbols appear on the display.
The USER ID Symbol you selected flashes on the display.

3.The cuff starts to inflate automatically. As the cuff inflates, the device
automatically determines your ideal inflation level. Also detects the pulse
during inflation.
