There are three types of command: output commands, input commands, and
setting commands.
• These commands can be accepted in Status Mode and Meas

The following commands are used to output various data from the SET to a
computer in the formats indicated below. " " means space (20H).
• When "Check sum" in "Comms setup" is set to " Yes", a 2-byte checksum is
added to the output data.
