INSTALL STOP SCREW
Thesescrewspreventtherangefromslidingoutof
positionduringoperation.
1. C arefullymarkthecabinetforthelocationofthe
stopscrews.
2. D rill1/8"pilotholesintocabinet,oneachsideof
therange.(Donotdrillentirelythroughthecabinet
wall.)
3. C arefullyturntheshoulderscrewsintothepilot
holesuntiltheyaretight.
PLACING RANGE INTO THE OPENING
1. I tisrecommendedthattwopeoplelifttherange
intoplace,carefullysettingthesidemetalflanges
undertheglassontheedgesofthecountertop
opening.
2. C arefullyslidetherangetowardthebackofthe
opening.Stoppushingtherangewhenthereistill
a4"gapatthefrontbeforeflushingtherangewith
thecounter.
REMOVE THE PROTECTIVE CHANNELS (if provided)
Carefullyremovetheprotectivechannelsfromthe
sidesoftheglasscooktop.Thismayrequireaslight
liftingoftherangetoremovetheweightoftherange
fromtheprotectivechannels.
CHECK ANTI-TIP BRACKET
Withtherangestillsittingoutfromthecounter-top,
confirmtheanti-tipbracketissecurelyattachedto
therearoftherange,andslidetherangebacksothat
theanti-tipbracketslidesjustunderthecountertopor
woodblockattachedtotherearwall.
Iftherangeispulledfromthewallforanyreason,
alwaysrepeatthisproceduretoverifytherangeis
properlysecuredbytheanti-tipbracket.
