16 Alarms and faults
PROBLEM
The belt is noisy
The motor is not working
After having set the opening and closing position, the
motor does not work
The door does not close
The wall button is working properly, but the transmitter
does not work
The transmitter's distance is too short
ERROR "E5"

17 Ordinary maintenance schedule
Perform the following operations and checks every 6 months, depending on the intensity of use of the automated system.
Disconnect the mains power and the batteries (if any) and unlock the gear motor (SEE THE USER MANUAL):
• Perform a visual check to determine if the door, the fastening brackets and the existing structure have the required mechanical robustness and that they
are in good state.
• Manually check that the door is smooth and free of friction.
• Check the state of cleanliness and operation.
• If there is dirt, moisture, insects or other contamination, disconnect the power supply and clean the circuit board and enclosure.
• If oxide is noticed on the circuit board, consider replacing it.
• Check the efficiency of the batteries (if installed).
Reconnect the mains power and the batteries (if any) and lock the gear motor (SEE THE USER MANUAL):
• Check the force adjustments.
• Check that the safety devices and all control functions operate correctly.
18 Start-up
The installer is required to draw up and preserve the technical file of the system for at least 10 years, which must contain the wiring diagram, the drawing and
the photo of the system, the risk analysis and the solutions adopted, the manufacturer's declaration of conformity for all connected devices, the instructions
manual of each device and / or accessory and the system's maintenance plan.
Apply a plate indicating the automation system data on the motorised door or gate, the name of the person in charge of the start-up, the serial number and
the year of construction, as well as the CE mark.
Apply a plate and / or label with the indications for the operations required to manually unlock the system.
Draw up and provide the end user with the declaration of conformity, instructions and warnings for use and the maintenance plan.
Make sure that the end user has understood the correct automatic, manual or emergency operation of the system.
Inform the end user about the dangers and risks that may be present.
19 Disposal
This product may only be uninstalled by qualified technical personnel, following suitable procedures for removing the product correctly and safely.
This product consists of numerous different materials.
Some of these materials may be recycled, while others must be disposed of correctly at the specific recycling or waste management facilities
indicated by local legislation applicable for this category of product.
Do not dispose of this product as domestic refuse.
Observe local legislation for differentiated refuse collection, or hand the product over to the vendor when purchasing an equivalent new product.
Local legislation may envisage severe fines for the incorrect disposal of this product.

POSSIBLE CAUSE
The belt is too loose
The socket is not well connected or the fuse is broken
The fixing screws of all components are loose or there
are program errors
The photocell beam function is not working
No transmitter acquisition or the transmitter's battery is
empty
The transmitter's battery is almost empty
Courtesy STOP open
The shuttle connecting the belt ends is caught on the
motor-side pulley. The motor makes a blocking noise
when under power but does not start
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Adjust the M8 nut by referring to fig. 15
Check the socket or replace the fuse
Tighten the screws or restore the opening and closing
position
Cancel the photocell beam function, by referring to the
Parameters menu - Photocells
Replace the transmitter's battery
Replace the transmitter's battery
The courtesy STOP is a normally close contact
