uneven, rugged or rough surfaces can reduce
traction and increase the risk of accidents.
• Do not use the electric scooter in places with poor
visibility, dark or poorly lit areas, near areas with
flammable gases, vapour, liquid, dust, explosive
materials, etc.
• Slow right down to around 3-10 km/h when you
are near bumps, holes, descents, etc..
• It is advisable to bend your knees when riding on a
rough or uneven floor, to absorb shocks and
vibrations and to maintain correct balance. If you
are unsure of are using your scooter on a certain
type of terrain, dismount and carry the scooter.
• Pay attention to objects around you while riding.
Making sure you have a good view of the area in
which you are travelling is essential in order to
maintain control.
• Make sure that the speed at which you are riding is
always such that you can safely stop at any time
and in any situation.
• While riding, do not dismount the electric scooter,
and do not attempt to jump off.
