Transport
To transport the scooter, including the battery, by air or other means of transport
operated by a third party, contact the competent local authorities and the forwarding
agent in advance, and inquire about any prohibitions or restrictions on transportation.
Always ensure that access and transport are allowed before a journey.
GUARANTEE
The product warranty is that provided for by current consumer protection legislation: 2
years from the date of purchase by the consumer user, 1 year for non-consumer users
(except for accessories and components subject to consumption or wear from use); 6
months for the battery.
We guarantee all replacements or repairs that become necessary due to defects in
materials or workmanship.
The product is considered valid for warranty purposes if accompanied by proof of purchase
(receipt, invoice or shipping document) clearly indicating the date of purchase and product
identification data.
If any anomalies or defects are found, you can contact our technical assistance service or
the point of sale where the product was purchased.
The warranty does not cover any parts that may be defective due to failure to observe the
installation, operating or maintenance instructions, due to damage caused by transport,
negligence or carelessness in use, unsuitable use, or circumstances that cannot be traced
back to manufacturing defects of the device.
The warranty is void in the event of deterioration or defects caused by the end user which
are due to negligent use of the product or not in accordance with the instructions, for
example: shocks, accidental falls, incorrect manoeuvres (getting on or off the scooter),
exposure to unsuitable environments (rain, mud, exposure to moisture or excessive heat,
contact with sand or other substances), incorrect or inadequate maintenance or
modification, parts or materials not supplied or approved, inadequate power supply.
The warranty is not valid in the event of repairs carried out by personnel not belonging to
the authorised Technical Assistance Centres, or if non-original spare parts are used.
The warranty is governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the
country in which the product is purchased. For details, please consult your country's

The manufacturer declines all responsibility for any damage to persons, pets or things,
direct or indirect, as a result of failure to observe all the instructions in the appliance's
instruction manual, especially those regarding warnings, installation, use and maintenance.
