8. TROUBLESHOOTING
INSTALLATION ERROR (Flashing Red and Yellow):
The charger has detected an internal failure originating in the installation.
WHAT TO DO:
• Contact the company responsible for the installation to run a check-up.
8.2 BLUETOOTH COMMUNICATION
If the VELTIUM App is having problems connecting to the charger by Bluetooth (the App will
display the charger status as being OFFLINE), check the following:
• That the charger is switched on, that it is within the Bluetooth range (8-10 metres) and that
the VELTIUM App is not closed (it must be at least running in the background).
• That there are no other users near the charger whose App may have connected to your
device.
• In your mobile phone settings, that Bluetooth (and Location in the case of phones with an
Android OS) is enabled.
• In your mobile phone settings, that the access permissions for Bluetooth (and the Location
in phones with an Android OS) are enabled and set to Always for the VELTIUM App (if you
choose Only while using the App you may have problems when the App is running in the
background).
