MAINTENANCE
PRECAUTIONS
•
Before disassembly or more generally to maintain your machine, you should disconnect the power
outlet and wait for the snow strawberry to stop completely.
•
Do not try to repair the machine if you do not have the right tools and instructions to assemble or
repair the machine.
•
Be careful not to cut yourself, use leather protective gloves.
•
Use only parts recommended by Voltr / Alice's Garden.
•
After each working session, do the following maintenance:
- Let your machine run for a few minutes to evacuate any snow residues and thus protect your
machine from the frost.
- Once your device is stopped, check that all the fixing screws are tight (tighten them if necessary).
- Lubricate metal components to protect them from corrosion.
CLEANING
WARNING : During maintenance and cleaning, make sure the machine is disconnected.
•
Never use petrol, diluers, alcohol, etc ... for cleaning. This could cause discoloration, deformation
or cracking.
•
Use only a damp cloth and a soft brush to clean the machine.
•
Do not use a hose or do not wash the machine with pressure water.
STORAGE OF YOUR MACHINE
Please follow the following steps in order to store your device after each use and at the end of the season:
•
Clean the machine as described in the previous section.
•
Grease and lubricate the different moving parts. You can apply a layer from oil with a brush on the
metal parts and the strawberry to snow to protect them from corrosion.
•
Store the electrical tool in the shelter, in a cool and dry place, out of reach of children. Avoid storing
it near corrosive substances, such as fertilizers, diluers or fuels.
•
Do not cover your machine with a waterproof tarpaulin; By condensation, the humidity retained may
damage the metallic and electronic components of your machine.
•
At the end of the season in addition to previous instructions, you must protect your machine from
frost and humidity.
RECYCLE AN ELECTRICAL DEVICE
Components of your electric machine may contain dangerous elements for The environment and should
not be thrown into the wild or with your household waste.
In order to avoid any risk for the planet, here is the procedure to throw your tool:
•
Cover the terminals of the socket with adhesive tape.
•
Do not try to dismantle or access the components of the device.
•
Do not incinerate the machine.
•
Throw the elements in a recycling center or an approved recycling center.
