Troubleshooting
Problem
Air leaking from top of air
nailer or around trigger.
Air leaking from bottom of air
nailer or between air nailer and
cylinder head.
Nails driven in too deep.
Air nailer is not working
properly or is not driving in
nails properly.
Air nailer skips nails
The nails get stuck in the
magazine.
Cleaning and maintenance
Clean the tool with a slightly damp cloth
after use and always keep all surfaces clean.
Make sure that the safety button is is free of
dirt and foreign matter.
If the compressed air supply does not mix
lubricating oil in the air, lubricate the tool
with oil via its compressed air nozzle every
1-2 hours of operation.
Cause
Trigger valve is damaged.

damaged.

Apply a couple of drops of oil to the nozzle,
connect the tool to the hose and let the
tool run for a few seconds to lubricate it.
Lubricate the tool with 4-5 drops of oil using
the same method after use.
Check regularly to make sure that all parts
of the tool (gaskets, magazine, trigger, etc.)
are in good condition, and replace them if
not.
Solution
