Fit the foot pedal (10) to the shaft of the
pump.
Remove the 2 pieces of wood the mo-
torcycle hoist is resting on.

Fit the wheel clamp (2) to the lift table
(3) using bolts, washers and nuts.
Fit the clamping brackets (13) to the lift
table using nuts.
Fit the stop plate (1) at the front of the lift
table using bolts, washers and nuts.
USE
Place the motorcycle hoist on a hard,
horizontal surface and adjust the sup-
port feet (12) so that the hoist is stable.
Lower the lift table (3) to its lowest posi-
tion by pressing the release pedal (9).
Drive the motorcycle up onto the lift
table via the ramp (5). Flip the kickstand
down and tighten the front wheel se-
curely to the wheel clamp (2).
Tighten the motorcycle securely to the
clamping brackets using suitable straps
so that it cannot tip over.
Remove the ramp, if appropriate. Lift
the lift table up fully using the foot
pedal (10) until the lift table will not go
any higher.
Insert the safety bolt (11) into the desired
holes on the support (6) and press the
release pedal. The lift table will drop
until it rests on the safety bolt.
Remove the removable plate (4) if
required to facilitate access to the un-
derside of the motorcycle hoist.
Lower the lift table by first raising it to
the maximum height using the foot
pedal, and then removing the safety

bolt. Check there is nothing under
the lift table and lower it to the lowest
position by pressing the release pedal.
Replace the ramp if detached, and roll
the motorcycle off the lift table.
Never allow the lift table to lower too

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Wipe off with a damp cloth. Lubricate
moving parts with oil.
Lubricate the pump with good quality
hydraulic oil 1-2 times a month. Top up
the oil through the bleed valve while
holding down the release pedal.

Lower the lift completely. Remove
the access panel and the rubber
oil plug on the top of the pump
underneath.
The oil level should be even with
the bottom of the filler plug hole.
You should be able to see the oil.
If the oil level is low, add hydraulic
oil.
