TROUBLESHOOTING
If the lift appears not to be working
properly, it may be necessary to bleed
trapped air from its hydraulic system.
1. Apply pressure to release pedal (9).
2. Remove oil fill plug, fill hydraulic
oil to full level and replace plug.
3. Apply pressure to the release pedal
(9) and pump the food pedal (10)
several times.
4. Push the rubber oil plug to the side
for removal of excess air, and if
necessary, top off the oil fill hole
with hydraulic oil.
5. Test the equipment several times
for proper operation before
attempting to lift a load, after
bleeding.
6. If needed repeat step 3-5.
