1 . Introduction Your new incubator is characterized by a high degree of
economic efficiency and outstanding quality.
Please read the following instructions carefully so that you'll
be in a position to operate your incubator without any
difficulty.
Special Notes The incubators meet the requirements of
DIN-Standard 12 880 and VDE-Regulation 0700, Part 1.
Radio-interference suppression: ace. to VDE-Regulation
0875. Parti.
Type of protection: IP 20 ace. to DIN-Standard 40050.
The thermal safety class as per section "Thermal
protection" (Page 14) is of particular importance for the
installation and operation of the incubator.
In addition to the above, please observe all relevant local
safety regulations.
The incubators must not be used for drying processes or
other heat treatments releasing combustible vapors which
might form explosive mixtures with the air. Furthermore,
the incubators are not designed for heat treatments of
dangerous substances.
If you wish to use the incubator for purposes other than
those for which it has been designed, please contact the
nearest Heraeus Service representative.
