The interface pin assignment is designed to permit direct connection to an IBM or
IBM-compatible computer if the computer is equipped with a 25-pin
plug. If the computer interface has a 9-pin plug, a commercially available
adapter (9-pin socket and 25-pin plug) can be used.
Upon delivery of the unit, the controller address is set to 00, and the Baud rate to 9600.
For other addresses or other Baud rates, the controller must be reconfigured (see
operating instructions for the EUROTHERM controller).
