UNPACKING
When unpacking, make sure that all parts are present.
Contact your dealer if parts are missing or damaged.

PREPARING
The mini rolling machine is equipped with a special flange welded to the lower part of the body so that
it can be fixed in a bench vice.
1. Fix the flange of the mini rolling machine between the bench vise jaws.
NOTE: The use of vises with a jaw size of less than 150 mm is not recommended.
METAL SHEETS
1. Measure and cut the sheet metal to required size before rolling.
2. Set the adjusting screws (1) to the material thickness.
3. Place the sheet metal under the bending roller.
4. Make sure the sheet metal is square to the unit.
5. Turn the crank and bend the material until it reaches the desired radius.
PIPES
1. Cut pipe to required length before bending.
2. Set the adjusting screws (1) to the diameter of the pipe.
3. Put the pipe in the groove corresponding to the diameter of the pipe.
4. Turn the crank and bend the material until it reaches the desired radius.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. Packaging should be
sorted, taken to a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner which is compatible with
the environment. Contact your local solid waste authority for recycling information. Dispose
of this product at the end of its working life environmentally.
