Chapter 5 Troubleshooting
Please check the following points before contacting the after sale service.
Problem
Can not start or stop
during use
Weak suction
Abnormal noise
Spray mouth does not

Water spray out from
air exhaust
Note: If the above troubleshooting guide fails to provide a solution or the screen displays error code F1 to F8,
please contact after service or local distributor for support.
Possible cause
Low battery power
On/off button is not pressed down
Brushroll is entangled
Dirty water tank full
Battery pack not assembled properly
Suction inlet blocked
Suction inlet blocked
No HEPA assembled
Suction inlet blocked
No HEPA assembled
Clean water tank empty
Water spray button not pressed
Clean water tank not assembled
properly
Filter is put to use without fully dry
Filter is not assembled in the dirty
water tank
Soft plastic folds under the filter
Solution
Recharge battery
Press down on/off button
Clean brushroll
Clean dirty water tank
Reassemble battery pack
Clean suction inlet and filter
Clean suction inlet and filter
Assemble HEPA
Clean suction inlet
Assemble HEPA
Fill clean water tank
Press water spray button
Reassemble clean water tank
Dry the filter after washing before
use
Assemble filter in dirty water tank
Reassemble the filter, the soft glue
must not be folded
