- TECHNICAL FEATURES
The purpose of this appliance is to heat up the sanitary hot water; it can be used for systems that exploit the
principle of natural circulation.
Main parts (see FIG_02-1):
A.
Tank: it is entirely made of steel and internally subjected to a glass-coating treatment (or porcelain enamel), ie a
vitreous coating with firing at over 850 ° C.
B.
Tray: it is obtained with a co-extrusion process of layers of ABS and PMMA.
C.
Thermal insulation: made of closed cell polyurethane foam.
D.
External dome in PMMA (extruded polymethyl methacrylate sheet).
E.
Internal dome in PMMA (extruded polymethyl methacrylate sheet); it is only present in the DS02 model.
F.
Magnesium sacrificial anode: prevents tank corrosion.
G.
Combined temperature and pressure safety valve: protects the tank from possible excessive pressures caused by
expansion of the water during heating. Automatically, without the assistance of energy other than that of the hot
pressurized fluid, it discharges a quantity of fluid such as to prevent the preset pressure and temperature limits to
protect the storage tanks from being exceeded. Calibration: 700 kpa / 92 ° C.
