ASSEMBLY
The oil radiator is packed with the wheels unmounted. Please make sure that they are right assembled before
turning the device on.
Remove the heater and all the accessories from the carton.
1- Turn the radiator upside down carefully and place it over a carpet or any other soft surface in order not to
damage the unit.
2- Pass the "U bolt" in between the last and next-to-last fin. Screw the U bolt to the straight support with the
help of the wing nuts. Then, screw the wheels to the support. See pic 1.
3- Repeat step 2 in between the first and the second fin, using the curved support this time. This support
should be assembled as shown in "curved support installation detail" in order to enhance the stability of the
unit.
4- Turn the heater the right way up. The unit should be as shown in pic 2.
USING THE THERMOSTAT AND POWER SWITCHES
1. Room temperature can be adjusted using the thermostat. Simply turn the thermostat knob
clockwise, to increase the heat, and anti-clockwise to decrease the temperature, until you reach the
desired temperature.
