Decide prior to mounting where the product
is to be mounted. Before drilling the fixing
holes, make sure that there are no gas or
water pipes or power cables that could be
drilled into or damaged in the area where
you are drilling� Use a drill to drill holes in
the wall� Please note the safety instructions in
the instruction manual of your drill�
Otherwise there is a risk of serious or fatal
injury from electric shock�
Note: the fixings included are intended for
standard solid masonry walls� You should
check independently what type of fixings are
most suitable for the surface on which you
intend to mount the product� If necessary,
you should seek the advice of an expert�
When selecting the installation
location, please pay attention to
the following things:
Make sure the product illuminates the

selected area properly�
Choose an installation position which is

clearly visible and therefore suitable for
creating the illusion that monitoring is
taking place�
The motion sensor has a detection distance

of 3 m to 5 m� Make sure that the motion
sensor is facing the desired detection area�
The recommended height of installation is

2 m to 3 m�
If possible, mount the floodlight in a

position not exposed to dust and dirt,
where it is protected from rain and other
weathering effects�
Please note: The solar panel
much direct sunlight as possible� Even partial
shade during the day can significantly
impair the charging process�
Cardinal Points: Optimum direction is
pointing southward� It is better to select a
direction more towards the west than
towards the east�

Charging the rechargeable battery

after it has been well exposed to sunlight for

requires as depends on charging status of rechargeable
