3 If the battery is discharged, the electric choke will not work. In this case the
manual choke must be used. Open the maintenance door. Identify the choke
lever and turn it to the right. This position enriches the gasoline mixture and
makes it easier to start.
4 Place the engine S.W in "ON" position.
5 Pull the startup handle slowly and until the end to calculate the maximum
length of the rope (and do not exceed it later when pulling vigorously), then
allow the rope to coil back.
