PROFESSIONAL WATER SOFTENER FILTER 200 L - OPTION
• Remove the cover (a) from the water tank
(8). Connect the softener filter to the end of
the blue connector (d) hose and put the filter
into the tank (b) (Fig. 18)
• We recommend to replace the filter every
200 litres or every 6 months.
REMOVING LIME SCALE
The formation of lime scale is the natural consequence of use of the machine. Lime scale must be
removed every 1-2 months; if the water is very hard, descale the machine more frequently.
To remove lime scale you can use a non-toxic or non-harmful descaling product for coffee machines,
readily available on the market.
Fill the tank with the descaling solution, following the instructions on the descaler pack.
After carrying out a second rinse cycle with clean water, fill the tank again. In this way the machine
is ready for use.

At the end of its working life the product must not be disposed of with urban waste.It may be
delivered to special centres for separate waste collection organised by the municipality, or to
dealers who supply this service.Separate disposal of an electric household appliance allows the
avoidance of possible negative consequences for the environment and for health resulting from
inadequate disposal and allows the recovery of the materials of which it is composed in order to
obtain an important saving in energy and resources.The symbol of the crossed out bin is applied
on the product to indicate that electric household appliance must be disposed of separately.
