1. Power tools safety warnings
SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS FOR FUTURE REFERENCE. The graphics in this user's
manual are for reference, they may vary from the actual appearance of the tool. Please
read all safety warnings and instructions listed below carefully. Any careless or improper
use of the pressure washer can result in death or serious injury.
1.1 Safety symbols
Please read this manual carefully before
using the tool.
Warning, there may be a risk of accident,
personal injury or property damage.
Important, there may be instructions or
measures to take into consideration to
avoid some type of risk or damage.
Notes indicate useful tips when using the
product.
Always use approved protective gloves
for the task to be performed.
Wear protective glasses to avoid injury.
Wear non-slip chemical resistant rubber
boots, do not wear sandals or go
barefoot.
1.2 Safety on work area
Keep your work area clean, and well lit.
Never
use
the
atmospheres, such as in the presence of
flammable liquids, gases or dust.
• Keep children and other people away while
working with the tool and stay focused, any
distraction may cause you to lose control.
1.3 Electrical safety
The tool plug must match the power
supply. Never modify a plug. Do not use
any type of adapter for grounded tool
plugs. Modified plugs and different plugs
increase the risk of electric shock.
Avoid body contact with grounded surfaces,
such as pipes, radiators, electric ranges
and refrigerators. The risk of electric shock
increases if your body is grounded.
Don't expose the tool to rain or wet
conditions. If water enters the tool
increases the risk of electric shock.
• Do not force the cord. Never use the cord to carry,
lift or unplug the tool. Keep the cord away from
heat, oil, sharp edges or moving parts.
• When operating a tool outdoors, use an
extension cord suitable for outdoor use.
• If operating the tool in a damp location cannot
be avoided, use a ground fault circuit interrupter
(GFCI) protected supply.
1.4 Personal safety
• Do not use the power tool if you feel fatigued
or under the influence of drugs, alcohol or me-
dication.
• Wear the proper safety gear.
• Use the safety equipment in the appropriate
conditions; this significantly reduces personal
injury
• Avoid accidental starts. Make sure the switch
is in the "off" position before connecting to
power supply and/or battery or transporting
the tool. Carrying power tools with your finger
on the switch or plugging in power tools that
have the switch in the "on" position can cause
accidents.
• Remove any wrenches or adjustment tools be-
fore turning on the power tool.
• Keep your feet well supported and balanced at
tool

1.5 Power tools use and care
