6.2 Spraying
To start spraying release the safety lock button
and point the gun in a safe direction, squeeze
the trigger until there is a steady stream of
water. Turn the power switch to the I (ON)
position on your pressure washer. Squeeze
the trigger of the high pressure gun to start the
wash.
6.3 Nozzle
Adjustable Spray Nozzle:
Rotate the nozzle to open or close the spray
angle each time this happens you will hear
a click. With the open angle the spray covers
a wider area and is ideal for rinsing surfaces.
With the closed angle the spray is directed to a
single point and is ideal for cleaning.
7. Maintenance
Disconnect the power cord from the
electrical outlet before making any
adjustments, service, or maintenance
to your pressure washer.
• If you hear the motor run briefly when the
trigger is not pulled, this is normal. The pump
continues to run so it is ready to go when the
trigger is pressed.
• Turn off the pressure washer if you are not
using it after five minutes.
• Do not pull the trigger rapidly multiple times
as this will bring the system to a complete
shutdown and the unit will no longer start so be
sure to pull the trigger slowly and methodically.
• Lance end rings and detergent bottle should
be cleaned regularly and lubricated with light
grease or Vaseline.
• Check that the product does not present any
damage before each use otherwise do not use
it.
• Make sure air vents are always clear. Clean
them with a soft cloth or brush if necessary.
Blocked vents can cause overheating and
damage the product.

• To reduce the risk of electric shock and/or
damage to your pressure washer, prevent water
from entering the vents.
7.1 After using
• Turn the switch to "O" (off)
• Close the water faucet
• Press the trigger to release product pressure.
Detach the high pressure hose from
the gun and the water hose from your
pressure washer when there is no
more pressure in the system. Make
sure the product is turned off and
disconnected from the power supply.
• Block the trigger of the high pressure gun.
• Detach the water hose from the water supply.
• Disconnect pressure washer from the power
supply.
• Disassemble the accessories in the reverse
order of the assembly instructions if this pro-
duct is not going to be used for a long period
of time.
• Check that the product is in good condition,
clean and store.
• Clean the product with a dry cloth. Use a brush
for hard to reach areas.
• Clean the air vents after each use with a dry
cloth and brush.
• Remove dirt with high pressure air.
• Keep the product clean. Remove residue after
each use and before storage.
• Regular and proper cleaning will help ensure
safe use and prolong the life of your pressure
washer.
• Check for worn or damaged parts. Replace
worn parts as necessary or contact an autho-
rized service center for repair before using the
product again. Do not operate if you find broken
and/or worn parts.
• Do not use chemical, alkaline, abrasive deter-
gents or other disinfectants to clean this pro-
duct, as they could be harmful to its surfaces.

Cleaning the nozzle
Locate the cleaning needle for the HL2400PRO
model, it is located at the rear of the machine
on the right side, just press the button tabs and
the needle will slide (A). If you lose the cleaning
needle, use a paper clip. A clogged or partially
clogged nozzle can cause a significant drop in
water pressure and/or cause the unit to pulsate
while spraying. First make sure your pressure
washer is completely off, relieve any trapped
