7. This warranty constitutes Huawei's full liability .The warranty service will be governed by the local laws and regulations in each
applicable country/area.
THIS WARRANTY WILL NOT BE VALID IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:
A) When the product had been used under conditions other than normal.
B) When the product had not been operated in accordance with the accompanying instructions for use.
C) When the product and/or accessories have been altered or repaired by persons not authorized by the manufacturer or the
Service Center Authorized by Huawei Technologies
Kindly reminder of using
a) Please use original charger, cable, batteries, accessories and parts which are provided by Huawei for dedicated model.
b) Do not remove, alter and delete the serial number/IMEI/MEID, and do not change the original software.
c) Do not expose the product to liquid, humidity and high temperature which may cause product infiltration by liquid, exploded
and other damage.
If the product has been used without complying with the instructions mentioned above, it will be regarded as using under abnormal
conditions.
WARRANTY DURATION
According to the law, the Warranty validity period will be twelve (12) months for the product host and six (6) months for the
battery (removable), headphones and other accessories(exclude protection case and screen protection), from the date of purchase
of the product ("Warranty Period").
The warranty policy of accessories which are Independent sold, please check the webpage of each country.
This Warranty policy is applicable to the countries in Latin America except Mexico. The following special policies apply according
to the provisions set forth in the laws of each country.
(1) In Bolivia the warranty period for the battery, the charger and other accessories (exclude protection case and screen protection)
shall be 12 months from the date of purchase according to the local laws in force. To check whether your product belongs to
an authorized dealer and there is a warranty service in Bolivia, visit the following link:

(2) In Colombia the warranty period for the battery, the charger and other accessories (exclude protection case and screen
protection) shall be 12 months from the date of purchase according to local laws in force. The product you acquired is
homologated.
