Operating Instructions
Make sure that the appliance is in the "MIN" position and then plug it into the mains.
•
Use flat based pots/pans to ensure full contact with the hot plate. The base diameter should be at least equal to the
•
cooking plate.
The hot plates can operate at different temperatures. Turn the knob clockwise to select the heating temperature
•
(from MIN to MAX). Use the lowest temperatures (MIN-3) for warming and simmering, and the highest temperatures
(4~MAX) for cooking and boiling.
The indicator light stays on while the hotplate is heating up. It goes out once the pre-set temperature has been
•
reached.
After use, turn the knob counter clockwise to the point "MIN" and unplug the hot plate from the electrical socket.
•
The construction of the hot plate means that a certain amount of residual will remain after it has been switched off,
•
and this can be used for keeping food warm over short periods.
Cleaning and Maintenance
•
Make sure that the appliance is unplugged from the mains and cold before attempting to clean it.
•
All surfaces can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaning products that might damage the
hot plates. Never immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid.
