TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem
The hot-air fryer
does not work.
The ingredients are
not ready.
The ingredients are
fried unevenly in the
air fryer.
Fried snacks are not
crispy.
I cannot slide
the pan into the
appliance properly.

Possible cause
The appliance is not
plugged in.
You have not set the timer.
The amount of ingredients
in the basket is too big.
Set temperature is too low.
Preparation time is too
short.
Certain types of ingredients
need to be shaken halfway
through the cooking time.
You are using a type
of snacks meant to be
prepared in a traditional
fryer.
There are too many
ingredients in the basket.
The basket is not correctly

Solution
Insert the plug in an earthed wall
socket.
Set the timer key to the required
preparation time to switch on the
appliance.
Put smaller batches of ingredients in
the basket. Smaller batches are fried
more evenly.
Set the temperature to the required
temperature setting. See 'Settings'
section.
